We bring you a recipe for buckwheat porridge that you can use instead of breakfast. It combines the buckwheat flour and honey and this combination is a drug for humans.
This medicine is great for memory and concentration, especially for older people. Buckwheat flour lowers blood pressure, helps with atherosclerosis and treat constipation. Combined with kefir, reduces blood sugar levels, cleans the intestines and blood vessels, normalizes metabolism and function of the pancreas and increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of flour from buckwheat, 180 ml of kefir, a little honey.
Preparation: Kefir (180 ml) should spill over one bucket buckwheat flour and mix well. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for a night. In the morning, stir the mixture once more and it is therefore ready to be consumed. This mixture should be eaten instead of breakfast. You can sweeten with honey if desired. After eating this mixture for breakfast, do not eat 3 hours.
Repeat this procedure for 14 days.
