New scientific findings show that consuming dairy fat does not raise levels of "bad" cholesterol.
Claims that the milk containing less fat rather than whole, fell into the water. According to the latest scientific knowledge avoiding fat in milk did not significantly improve the state of health of the population. Even proven that those who have remained true to the natural, defatted milk had a lower risk of developing heart disease.
- We have learned over the last decade to certain types of foods that are rich in fats can be very useful - said Professor Dr Marsha Otto, an epidemiologist at the University of Texas, the lead author of the major studios.
Now, scientists are trying to prove whether the so-called consumption. saturated fats found in meat and dairy products, actually contributes to the occurrence of heart disease?
The assumption that the avoidance of saturated fats, in itself, lead to people becoming healthier, in fact never fully proven, and after decades of research, the experts concluded the following: ejection of saturated fat from the diet, and the replacement of carbohydrates, such as the often works, you probably will not reduce the risk of heart disease. But, replacing saturated fat with unsaturated, which are found in fish, nuts, vegetable oils, may give the desired outcome.
