Toxins are part of everyday life and we can not outrun them. They are all around us, in the air, water, food, but also in our bodies.
Here are four great sources of toxins in our lives that we should avoid otherwise cause health problems.
1. Lack of sleep
We need a good night's sleep so that the body smooth implementation of their internal processes of detoxification. Experts recommend eight hours of sleep each night. If you have trouble sleeping, try every day at the same time you go to bed. Lack of sleep badly will work on your health.
Second Prepared Foods
When we return tired from work, sometimes the easiest to buy already cooked food. However, intake of prepared meals in the body should be minimal and should avoid frequent consumption of such foods because they do not contain the necessary nutrients and often are full of unhealthy fats, sugar and toxins.
3rd Messy past
If you are a long time smoked, ate junk food or drink large amounts of alcohol, it has long-term effects on your health. Even if you get rid of these vices, the body remembers them. When our body is overloaded with toxins, must find a place where they will be 'stored' and generally leaves them in fat.
4. Products for cleaning
We want to clean home free of bacteria so often reach for a variety of cleaning agents that contain chemicals and though well fulfill their purpose, are not really good for the health if used incorrectly. When cleaning rubber gloves to protect your hands, and if the product is said to protect the airways, be sure to do so.
